Dear Creator!

This is my first year doing Holly Poly, and I am very excited! I hope this letter helps you when creating something for me.

Fandoms:

• October Daye (Fanfic, Fanart)
• The Witcher Videogame (Fanfic, Fanart)
• Fire Emblem: Three Houses (Fanfic)
• Genshin Impact (Fanfic, Fanart)

LOVE:

• found family, romance/shippy stuff, humour, snark, the comfort part of hurt/comfort.
  
• time travel! this is specific, but i kind of love the idea of a character meeting their future self and being shocked at being told stuff they never thought would happen (especially if the stuff is good, though.)
• I'm okay with incest, underage or teen/adult ships, if any of that is applicable.
• canon-divergent AUs that don't change the setting, e.g. "what would happen if X character did Y thing differently"
• accidental baby acquisition. I'm just putting this out there. (also, I would love fanart of kids the people in the relationship choose to have.)
• MUTUAL PINING
• forced proximity (e.g. being snowed in, being stuck together, maybe being handcuffed or magically linked together)
• magical bonds in general e.g. suddenly being able to feel what the other feels or hearing what the other thinks (especially if it leads to confessions or secrets coming out)
• characters having scars and their partners gently kissing or caressing the scars

FANART LIKES:

• handholding, hand kisses, forehead kisses, top-of-the-head kisses, blushing, hugs and cuddling, physical contact in general, freckles or scars if applicable
• NSFW likes: bitemarks, cum leaking out or cum on lips, sex toys being used

PREFERENCES FOR WRITING:

• third person or first person are equally fine. NO second person please.
• past or present tense equally fine. i guess future tense would be fine?? never read a fic like that.

DNW:

• character death (except minor nameless characters). temporary character death is fine as long as there isn't much focus on the grief.
• any mention of covid, real-world politics, real-world issues e.g. racism or homophobia (slightly more okay with "fantasy racism" e.g. being racist again a fictional race, but mentions only please).
• cheating, or significant jealousy. also, characters talking about how they'd never want to be polyamorous or can't understand it, etc.
  
• Christmas-centric fic, or any focus on Christian holidays or traditions
  
• heavy angst or sad endings - references to canon angst is fine as long as the overall tone is hopeful/good ending.
• suicidal thoughts or mentions of suicide attempts, even if they fit canon. also avoid self-harm involving cutting.
  
• unrequested setting-change AUs, e.g. coffee shop AUs, no-magic AUs, etc
• unrequited love, especially for requested ships
• gore, heavy violence.
• detailed pregnancy with any gender (offscreen pregnancy or kids existing is fine if applicable). visual pregnancy in fanart.

SMUT LIKES:

• enthusiastic cunnilingus.
• light bondage, like handcuffs or wrists tied with scarves.
• semi-public sex where there's a danger of getting caught (but no actual getting caught pls, unless the person catching them joins in).
• i also like my smut with characterization, feelings, and banter. smut where it's clear that the characters actually like each other and care about each other is great (though not always applicable).
• enthusiastic consent is good! ironically, dubious consent is also good, if you prefer that route. something like both people wanting it but being in denial, or consent under false pretenses, etc
• men getting pegged. also strap-ons in general
  

SMUT DNWs:

• Some things I absolutely do not want: watersports/scat, heavy bdsm or violence even if consensual, any kind of permanent damage. (You can read more dislikes in my expanded list, but anything not listed here will not count as a DNW for this exchange.)

Dianda/Patrick/Simon

Best ship. I absolutely adore these three in all combinations - feel free to focus on one 'leg' of the relationship if you want, e.g. Dianda and Simon bonding where they talk about Patrick but he doesn't appear is fine, or a pre-canon scene about Simon giving advice to Patrick to woo Dianda while also pining. As long as it's clear that all three have feelings for each other and the third person is involved. (This goes for fanart too, of course. Caveat: I'd prefer not to get something where Simon doesn't appear. But Dianda/Simon-focus and Patrick/Simon-focus are fine.)

I'm up-to-date on the books and Patreon stories, so anything from those is fair game. My preference is that you go for a more hopeful mood. Mentioning Simon's trauma or other canon angst is fine, but I would really prefer that not to be the main focus.

SFW Prompts: Dancing together at their wedding (or somebody else's...). Simon taking Patrick and Dianda with him to that one burrito place in human disguises and introducing them as his spouses. Swimming together? Bonding with their kids, existing or future. (For fanart specifically, I would adore a Dianda/Simon kid. Little redheaded mermaid please?) Also, just any kind of domestic stuff, getting used to living together, Simon being "integrated" into the relationship, etc. Honestly I'm fine with literally anything as long as it's not angst-heavy or focusing mainly on trauma, these are just suggestions.

Note that I adore the idea of Simon having freckles on his face and all over his body, so feel free to include that in both fic and fanart. I also think that it would make sense for both Dianda and Simon to have older scars (Dianda from fighting, Simon both from fighting and Oleander's abuse - these scars aren't counted under my no angst DNW.) I'm not against Patrick having scars either of course, I just think he'd be less likely to.

Very specific fanart prompt: So, like, you know the Mirror of Erised? Something like a beaten Simon in worn clothes, alone, in Eira's metaphorical clutches, looking into a mirror and seeing himself happy with Patrick and Dianda.

NSFW Prompts: Look. Mermaid sex. Whatever that means to you, I'm intrigued. Also, Patrick and/or Simon getting pegged by Dianda. (Fanart of this is also fine, if you do NSFW fanart.)



The Witcher (Video Games)
Geralt/Eskel/Lambert, Geralt/Dettlaff/Regis, Geralt/Eskel/Lambert/Dettlaff/Regis

I adore both Dettlaff/Regis/Geralt and Eskel/Geralt/Lambert, and while I never thought of combining them before, I'm certainly not against it. So if you nominated/offered that fivesome, I'm honestly very intrigued to see what YOU had in mind.

Ideas for Dettlaff/Regis/Geralt: Living at the winery. Is this domestic bliss? Is this dealing with the chores and running a damn business? Is this monsterhunting or breaking curses or solving murders together? All of the above?

Ideas for Eskel/Geralt/Lambert: I would love to see something with the three of them young, maybe falling into a relationship accidentally while training, maybe pining... in short, how did it start? Or, if you want: how is it going? Wintering together at Kaer Morhen, sneaking around to avoid Vesemir knowing anything, or meeting each other accidentally on the Path and making the most of the short time.

Some canon-typical gore/blood/violence is fine for this one, but no heavy angst or explicit gore (nothing that would require the archive warning, I guess), and maybe go lighter on the misogynistic comments than the canon did.



Genshin Impact (Video Game)
Dainsleif/Lumine/Aether

I just love these three so, so much. They should be endgame.

I have slight preference for Aether as Traveler and Lumine as Abyss Queen, but I'm fine with either dynamic. Feel free to go with an idea where only the two of them are present with the third in the background, e.g. Lumine thinking about Aether while she's with Dainsleif and Aether is asleep (or the other way around). Dainsleif using one of the twins as a rebound for the other? Also good.

Also, just to make it clear, I am 100% here for the incest. If you're not, then I'm fine with a scenario where the twins share Dainsleif without being involved with each other, but I'd much prefer something where the twins have either been a couple or at least pining for each other long before they met Dainsleif.

Feel free to play around with all three of them being long-lived and seeing centuries pass. I'd also love a scenario where the twins decide to leave Teyvat and take Dainsleif with them. (For fanart, this could mean the three of them in another world e.g. in modern or sci-fi clothing.)



Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Dimitri/Yuri/Byleth, Yuri/Byleth/Claude, Dimitri/Byleth/Claude, four of them together

I don't have big prompts here so I'm just going to ramble about my favored dynamics.

Dimitri/Yuri/Byleth: I would love some mixed-route thing where Byleth is the head of the Blue Lions but also of the Ashen Wolves, and Yuri and Dimitri kind of 'fight' over who Byleth's favorite house leader is. Also, anything with Yuri dragging the two of them in trouble, and Dimitri going along to make sure Byleth stays safe, etc.

Yuri/Byleth/Claude: Yuri and Claude would either get on like a house on fire, or tease each other to death. Byleth is exasperatedly stuck in the middle, wondering how the heck he fell in love with these two.

Dimitri/Byleth/Claude: Again, I like the kind of playful rivalry between Dimitri and Claude, and Byleth navigating that from the middle, loving both of them. (Which isn't to say Dimitri and Claude don't fall in love, because they totally should.)

I would strongly prefer to get something pre-timeskip to be honest, but if you have a good post-timeskip idea, go wild.
